How it works

To start, we will require basic details including: Date of your event, rough estimate of guests, location, time of service (start to last call).

 Based on the specifics of your event, that you included in your inquiry form, we create a custom offer specific to your event. We will send this form, along with our contract for you to review, sign and send back to us. We are always available by phone for any questions and changes you may have 

Once you like the look of everything, you will send our contract back to us, signed and ready to go! Along with your contract, we will require a deposit to secure your spot. 

A $200 non refundable deposit will be required to hold your date with booking bartenders and mix package.

A $400 non refundable deposit will be required to hold your date with booking bartenders, mix package and mobile bar trailer.

Either deposit will come off your total at the end. This deposit will only be to hold the package chosen, and the date. Any other changes to your event are still able to be changed. 

The remainder of your bill will be due 1 week before your event. Please note, we will not mobilize our unit or employees without your final payment.  

A couple of months before your event, we will go over all final touches you would like to add, all final changes that need to be made.

To save you an extra couple of stops, we have a package option for you. Based off of your total guests, we will send you a couple of options, for pop, juice, mixes and anything else you may need non alcoholic.

Before the event, we will show up, start set up and receive alcohol to start cooling, and to be ready on time to serve.  Once the event has completed, we will package up all remaining alcohol and return it to you at a spot designated by you. If bought from a appropriate vendor, you can return anything unopened. 

Any cash received from a cash bar, will be counted and returned to you at the end of event.
